Olivier comes from a line of shopkeepers. With a Bac +6 from Montpellier Business School, he has always shown an interest in the world of business! Over time, he set up a number of businesses, leading to the launch of his main company with his partners: Effilocal, a marketing agency specializing in Drive-to-store. 

Olivier admits to a natural attraction for innovation, and follows the advent of NoCode and AI very closely. That's how he discovered the 30-hour NoCode & AI online training delivered by Alegria.academy! Thanks to his determination, he became our first certified online trainee!

After obtaining his certificate, he set up a new company: Haas Business Booster, where he makes his AI consulting activities available.

His background 

Olivier Haas is a 55-year-old entrepreneur whose career path is marked by a diversity of experience and a constant drive to innovate. Descended from a line of shopkeepers, Olivier showed an interest in the world of business right from the start. With a Bac +6 diploma from the former Sup de Co Montpellier, now renamed Montpellier Business School, and training at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, he quickly embarked on a career in business development.

His career path has led him to occupy a variety of positions, notably in the tourism and agri-food chemicals sectors, where he stands out for his ability to develop networks and create business opportunities. After working as a consultant for industrial companies, he took the risk of becoming an entrepreneur by taking over the family business in 1996. This experience enabled him to develop his own network of outlets in the South of France, offering a selection of top-of-the-range brands and renowned franchises.

However, in the face of the challenges encountered on his entrepreneurial path, Olivier seized new opportunities, particularly in the digital field. His involvement in the digital transformation of the Teddy Smith group and his experience in website and CRM management marked a turning point in his career. "We were doing BtoB and BtoC, the customer database was huge, I learned a lot from it!" 

It was through these varied and enriching experiences that he developed a growing interest in digital tools and the opportunities they offer.

"Over time I developed a strong attraction to digital tools, some time later I set up my marketing agency with my partners, Effilocal, specializing in Drive-to-store!"

Olivier's agency was doing well until he lost his biggest customer: "That didn't stop me from moving forward, and I took the opportunity to get some training. That's how I discovered the Alegria.academy 30-hour online training course!"

His willingness to learn and his thirst for innovation propelled him to the forefront, making him the first to complete this training! What's more, he recently opened a company based around NoCode & AI: Haas Business Booster.

How he feels about the training & how he uses the tools on a daily basis 

"I really liked the community right from the start. I also exchanged a lot with Francis and Marin, which was all the more motivating! I found the whole team charming," he confides, adding, "The weekly coaching sessions helped me a lot, and I've become a real enthusiast!"

His entrepreneurial background has enabled him to acquire a wide range of expertise, having set up no fewer than 17 companies in the course of his career! This versatility opens up new perspectives in his day-to-day use of NoCode & AI tools, "I've managed to do quite a lot of automation, a lot of ideas have come to me. I've set up a new company, Haas Business Booster, where I'm now an AI training consultant!" he declares enthusiastically.

Using NoCode & AI tools totally transforms the way he works. "I do a lot of content very easily, a lot of automation, a few apps. It's great. I'd even say it's surprising!" he asserts.

Asked about the tools he favors, Olivier mentions Make for automation, Softr for site creation, and Notion for content management. "I use NoCode for everything: content creation, logo creation, design, automation, and much more!"

"You mustn't be passive in front of the training, it's important to practice constantly, even after you've got it! Otherwise, you lose everything you've acquired and a lot of time." He encourages members to absorb as much information as possible, whether by attending weekly coaching sessions, participating in webinars, attending professional presentations such as the NoCode Series, or even physically meeting other NoCode and AI enthusiasts.

In addition, he advises making choices and focusing on certain tools rather than trying to cover everything. By really immersing themselves in the field, through trial, error and success, members will really be able to master the skills needed to excel in NoCode and AI!
