Maï has had a busy career. From the print media to project management in the digitalization of major groups, she has constantly pushed back the limits of her skills. Following the health crisis, her career took a completely different turn. She became interested in a new field: real estate. She then became a real estate negotiator and embarked on self-entrepreneurship, setting up her own agency, Maïmmo Pariseize, in December 2020. 🏠

Maï Salaün is a multi-faceted professional who successfully navigated her way through various industries before turning to innovation and entrepreneurship. Her career path is marked by an early passion for IT and solid expertise in project management.

From an early age, Maï was fascinated by computers, leading her to explore this world from the age of 9. In 1991, she began her career in the print media, which enabled her to master the nuts and bolts of page layout and discover the beginnings of Desktop Publishing (DTP). "The press was in the throes of digitalization, and these terms were still unknown at the time. My assignments were innovative, and that's what I liked!"

His expertise has grown over the years, with key roles in administrative management and corporate leadership, notably with the La Poste group. 

From 1993 to 2001, she acquired a solid command of back-office software, becoming a key figure in the professional world. Her development led her to become assistant to the CEO of the same group, thus realizing the ambitious goal she had set herself.

2010 marks a turning point in her career. On the eve of her 35th birthday, she seized the opportunity to move into a project management role, eager to broaden her horizons and take on new challenges. I knew a lot about IT, so I wanted to combine my technical skills with project management. We had to automate the circulation of funds and accounting flows between the 25,000 points of contact and the 17,000 post offices. It was a really intense job!"
The transition to digital continued apace. As coordinator of strategic projects, she played a key role in securing data and operations within major groups, demonstrating remarkable versatility and an ability to navigate complex environments with ease.

In 2019, she faces additional challenges, such as managing crises linked to social movements, leveraging her expertise in intelligence and communications to anticipate and respond to events in real time. The Covid-19 pandemic has added a new dimension to her career path, leading her to re-evaluate her professional goals and consider a career move into real estate.

Currently a self-employed real estate negotiator, she is launching her own agency, Maïmmo Pariseize. Her previous experience enabled her to grasp the importance of online presence and digital communication to develop her business. Attracted by the opportunity to acquire new online skills and new customers, she decided to embark on the 30-hour online training course delivered by Alegria.academy. "I saw NoCode as a way to digitalize my business faster!"

How she uses NoCode & AI on a daily basis

As her website was not yet operational, she planned to automate her customer processes from her databases using NoCode tools. The revelation that she would be able to link these databases to her site following the training course was a major turning point in her early professional goals: "This will save me an incredible amount of time!"

As far as NoCode tools are concerned, Maï uses a combination ofAirtable, Make, Glide and Softr: "I use Airtable to manage my databases, I plan to add automations thanks to Make and then integrate them with Softr and Glide to make them accessible on my website." This approach will enable him to optimize his processes and provide more efficient services to his customers and partners.

Artificial intelligence is also an important part of her daily strategy. Maï uses ChatGPT on a daily basis and is eager to deepen her knowledge in this field. As a real estate negotiator, she sees the opportunity to become a reference by mastering AI in addition to NoCode tools. These new skills will enable her to present her knowledge to colleagues and customers to help them improve their own organizational processes and reduce their operating costs.

What she's proud of 

In a society where entrepreneurship is often fraught with pitfalls, Maï stands out for her remarkable track record and unwavering ambition. "I'm proud of what I've achieved in the last 3 years. Becoming a salesperson, real estate negotiator and self-employed entrepreneur in France isn't easy; you lose a lot of rights", she shares.

Despite these obstacles, Maï remains resolutely focused on the future. "My current project is to become my own boss and create my own structure thanks to NoCode & AI! I've been constantly evolving since 2020, so why stop here?" she confides with determination. 

To achieve this ambitious goal, she's turning to two powerful levers: NoCode and AI. "I'm so interested in NoCode that I'm wondering if I'm not considering a new web development business!" she adds enthusiastically.
