His background

In the vast professional world, some career paths stand out for their uniqueness and diversity of experience. Such is the case of Mireille Emonot, a 57-year-old woman who has explored a multitude of fields with passion and determination, shaping a rich and varied professional background.

Her story began in the world of veterinary medicine, where she practiced with a love of the profession and animals for almost a decade, from 1992 to 2001. But Mireille wasn't destined to stay in just one field. Her thirst to learn and discover new horizons led her to an unexpected transition to the management of a municipal zoological park on Reunion Island. For five years, she immersed herself in the mysteries of project management, team management and institutional operations, significantly broadening her field of expertise.

Always eager to learn, Mireille embarked on a new adventure, training in human resources, territorial development and adult education in 2006. These new skills opened the door to positions of responsibility in various sectors. From service management in a recycling company to managing an agri-food business, she has acquired versatile expertise in production, quality, reporting and data management.
Entrepreneurship has also been an important step in Mireille's career. During her time with Vétopia, she supported companies in their organization and development, diving headlong into large-scale digitalization. Her support in the creation and implementation of a network of veterinary clinics, Soveto, illustrated her commitment to innovation, with digital integration at every level, from customer communication to human resources management.

But it was at the multi-site agricultural training center (CFPPA de Saint-Paul) that Mireille found a new challenge. Charged with digitizing the entire system, she was confronted with the possibilities offered by the Google suite, thus exploring new territories in the field of IT despite the obstacles encountered.

Her thirst for learning then led her down new paths, from learning application development to the data analyst bootcamp. It was here that she discovered the potential of the Python language, artificial intelligence and data management. Little by little, Mireille became totally captivated by the world of tech. She explored this new world through numerous innovative tools such as Power BI, Zapier and n8n.

However, Mireille raises a slight downside in the NoCode community: "It would be so nice if NoCode were valued as much in the regions as in Paris!" 

Her second challenge is age. Yet she sees this criterion as a real asset: "For me, age is synonymous with experience, the ability to stand back and anticipate risks in the professional world. These qualities should be fully recognized and exploited!"

Despite these challenges, Mireille remains optimistic about the positive evolution of the situation. She firmly believes that mentalities are evolving in the right direction, paving the way for greater recognition of the potential of NoCode, and the enhancement of professional experience, whatever the age of the individual.

What she's proud of

Mireille proudly shares her technical and personal achievements. "First of all, I'm proud to have developed scheduling, payroll and time and attendance management tools for a veterinary network. I also set up a complete digital workspace for its network of training centers, all exclusively with Google Sheets. My only regret is that I didn't discover NoCode sooner!"

On a personal level, Mireille takes pride in her sincerity, her taste for adventure and her daring, which have led her to live enriching experiences, such as the 30 years she spent on Reunion Island. She also emphasizes her consistency in respecting her principles and her authenticity, qualities that have always paid off in the long run and enabled her to remain true to herself.

Passion is the driving force behind any success in NoCode and AI, according to Mireille. "Always questioning yourself, staying curious, and surrounding yourself with people who share the same passions are keys to progress," she asserts.‍

As a convinced intrapreneur, she sees herself as a valuable asset to any company that puts its trust in her. "I'm a true intrapreneur, an excellent right-hand woman!" she asserts confidently.

Preferring salaried status to avoid the administrative hassles of freelancing, Mireille nevertheless plans to share her expertise through NoCode training. "I'd also be interested in training," she confides. "I love passing on information and helping people to realize their potential.

As for her personal ambitions, Mireille dreams of giving free rein to her literary creativity. "I'd like to write a novel," she reveals with a gleam of excitement in her eyes. "It's a hobby and a childhood dream that I've cherished for a long time.

Finally, she would like to promote NoCode in sectors close to her heart, such as public health, the environment and education. "I'd love to be able to promote NoCode in these areas," she confides enthusiastically.
