Nocode tools are becoming more and more numerous on the market and you have probably already experienced the hesitation that you can have between two solutions whose role is more or less the same. Today we will compare the tools PandaDoc and DocuSign.
Market leaders in electronic signatures
DocuSign was launched in 2003, and can be considered the historical market leader. PandaDoc is 10 years younger and stands as a challenger.
These are two Nocode solutions that aim to make it possible to have all your documents signed legally and digitally, and whose APIs you can manage via Zapier or Integromat, among others.
Without using an automation tool, DocuSign and PandaDoc have internal connections called integrations. DocuSign has hundreds of these, while PandaDoc only has about ten, but more popular ones such as Hubspot, Stripe or Square.
The advantages of DocuSign
DocuSign is a powerful, easy-to-use tool where you can perform tasks that you don't have access to in PandaDoc.
For example, you have :
- more field options to be placed in a document,
- the ability to navigate page by page
- and access to a powerful mobile application from which you can customise your documents and upload files.
The advantages of PandaDoc
PandaDoc, unlike DocuSign, offers a library of standardised templates to customise and a content library to store all the media you frequently use in your documents.
It also allows you to track your recipient's behaviour when interacting with your documents and analyse their effectiveness.
Tariff
As far as pricing is concerned, DocuSign does not have a free version available like PandaDoc but DocuSign's paid packages offer more features.
The key difference
When choosing between these two solutions, the key difference is that PandaDoc has been specifically designed to benefit sales teams. If you need electronic signature software for proposals and contracts, the tool is an ideal solution. But if you have a slightly larger budget and want a more powerful solution, you'll probably prefer DocuSign.
This is the comparison between DocuSign and PandaDoc,
