Alegria.tech to conquer the West!

In full expansion, we open our second office in Nantes. Buoyed by its rapid success since its launch in December 2020, theNocode Alegria.tech agency is opening a new office to welcome an ever-increasing number of collaborators and to meet significant local demand. At the same time, the Paris team is moving into a new office in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, better suited to its growth.

The obvious choice of the city of Nantes

For more than a year now, the digital transformation of companies has greatly accelerated, and Nocode technology provides an ideal response to companies that need to rapidly strengthen their digital presence. With 70% of its client portfolio made up of SMEs located outside the Paris region, Alegria.tech has decided to open a second office to offer even closer support to its clients. Alegria.tech's success story now continues in Paris, its historic office, and in Nantes.

The choice of the city of Nantes was based mainly on the presence of a highly developed ecosystem in the region. Considered as one of the most dynamic cities in France in the digital field, Alegria.tech has found many talents that have optimised the realisation of this project. 

" In addition to being a region that I personally love, the very dynamic industrial and artisanal basins of the Grand Ouest are home to companies that are leaders in their markets, both in France and internationally, and that we wish to support in their digital transformation," explains Francis Lelong, Co-founder and CEO of Alegria.tech. " La Cantine, a network of digital and innovation players in the region, has enabled us to find a suitable environment to host our team as well as new premises in Hall 6, which we are looking forward to discovering .

A target of 20 employees in one year in Nantes

At its launch, the Nantes office will be staffed by five people who will be involved in all the missions that make Nocode so rich. They will include a Nocode Project Leader, who will be responsible for Alegria.tech's unique methodology, a Web Designer (UX/UI), a Data Analyst, a Maker, a specialist in Nocode tools, and a Quality Assurance Tester . The aim is to rapidly expand the team in Nantes to 20 employees within a year. With this team of professionals, the Nocode agency hopes to quickly mobilise its knowledge and assets to contribute to the digital transformation in the region. This is reflected in the participation, with other digital players, in the upcoming organisation of the first Nocode Hackathon, which will take place during the next Nantes Digital Week, from 16 to 26 September 2021.

Fostering collaboration and hybrid management

The Paris and Nantes offices are fully connected through digital tools, allowing both teams to work together. Thanks to its favourable environment for partial teleworking, the agency aspires to a decentralised management mode, which facilitates rapid deployment in more French and European cities.
